  • Calamari ‘Udon’ ⬥
    Calamari ribbons dressed in a miso, sesame and ponzu dressing, finished with a ginger- and lemon-infused chicken and pork broth

    Sun-dried tomato pesto, whipped local fresh cheese, marinated tomatoes, salted anchovies, pepper gel, carob ‘balsamic’ and local rocket
