Tasting Menu

For a truly relaxing evening, put yourselves in the hands of our Executive Chef, who has created two tasting menus, one of five courses, one of eight courses. Both reflect the restaurant’s commitment to using the finest local and seasonal ingredients, supplemented by the judicious use of prime imported products such as venison, foie gras, Scotch salmon and Irish grass-fed beef.

Complete your gastronomic experience, a wine pairing is available, thoughtfully curated for each course by restaurant director, Joseph Tabone, with bottles chosen from Ta’ Frenċ’s award-winning wine cellar.

If choosing one of the Tasting Menus, please be aware that it cannot be ordered individually; it can only be taken by the whole table.
