Validity
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Making a booking with a Gift Voucher
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance via telephone or via our website and are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made on (+356) 2155 3888 / (+356) 7901 3864. At time of booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference number and the corresponding voucher must then be presented on arrival at the restaurant.
Refunds and Cancellations
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully nor in part for cash of any amount. Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers can only be made in line with the terms and conditions.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
