Enjoy the Festive Season at our Hidden Gem

With a little bit of sparkle and a lot less stress we really do wish you the very best!

Celebrate the Magic of Christmas with us ~ we have prepared a variety of Menus with our usual passion and dedication. We have followed all guidelines and restrictions issued by the local health Authorities to ensure you feel safe and enjoy the festivities with your family, friends and loved ones.

Our highly qualified team are dedicated and passionate about preparing both visual and culinary delights whilst our meticulous staff ensure you enjoy a memorable meal.

We will kick off the Festive Season with a Sparkling Menu on Christmas Eve with an appetising entreé followed by a choice of two of our signature dishes ~ Salmon or our slow-cooked Beef cheeks and an amazing glazed chocolate mousse dessert served with roasted apple and prune compote, spiced red cabbage gel, chocolate chip cookie ice cream and caramelized pecans which will definitely bring on the Magic of Christmas ! Having enjoyed both our savoury and sweet delights we will serve coffee and mince pies whilst you relax and enjoy the magical and sparkling ambience.

For Christmas Day we have blended traditional dishes with our refined touch ~ treat the family, loved ones or invite friends and bring on that sparkle to their eyes! Indulge in an entreé of soy sauce and lime cured salmon served with wasabi and burrata cream, cucumber, green apple drizzled with dill oil. Enjoy a local fresh fish served with Puy lentils, mussel and squid ragout, celeriac dumpling, herbed pesto, wilted kale and creamy bisque sauce, or if you prefer the traditional turkey on Christmas Day we are also offering our innovative pistachio, apricot and sausage stuffed turkey roulade and spiced turkey leg served with chestnut and spinach roll, caramelized cauliflower puree, buttered Brussel sprouts and sage-infused jus. A choice of two luscious desserts will surely bring on the Magic ~ our signature Millefeuille with blonde chocolate, roasted nuts and coffee mousse with a hint of orange and Baileys ice-cream is to die for whilst our traditional steamed Christmas pudding with rum flavoured custard is delectable ! No hassle or stress to serve or clear up today, so enjoy mince pies, coffee and your loved ones whilst we pamper you.
On New Year’s Eve savour our imaginative, passionately prepared dishes in style and enjoy the countdown to 2021!

We will tease your taste buds with an entreé of pea panna cotta, bacon and pea salad in dill oil, warm, crispy soft-boiled quail egg, pea shoots and toasted garlic brioche followed by a creamy onion and oxtail croquette infused with black truffle oil, soubise gel, charred onion petals, pickled baby onions and smoked Applewood Cheddar shavings. Lavish House-made langoustine ravioli with wilted carrots, leeks and celeriac julienne with a hint of soy sauce, ginger-scented langoustine and sea urchin sauce add to your festive mood whilst our One bite wonder “Sphere” prepare you for the succulent Pan-seared venison cutlet served with soft potato cake, mixed mushroom fricassée, beetroot and pickled blackberries dressed in roasted red grape vinaigrette, juniper berry and white pepper-infused jus. Last but not least enjoy warm banana fritters with caramelized condensed milk and bourbon purée, microwave sponge, granola crumbs and pine nut ice cream. Having indulged in this scrumptious menu enjoy your coffee and petit fours hopefully before the countdown !

Enjoy a memorable New Year’s Day Lunch with your loved ones, family and friends and indulge in both the savoury and sweet delights we have prepared for you.

We have opted for our heart-warming creamy butternut squash soup with Camembert cream, bread crisp topped with spicy salami, pumpkin seed purée and Parmesan shavings for entreés followed by Squid ink risotto with white onion cream, pan-seared foie gras and oyster mushrooms. With a choice of Pan-seared sea bass served with potato and garlic foam tart, prawn croquette, buttered broccoli and courgette, light fish velouté for our fish-lovers or a roasted double-cut piglet chop, piglet loin crusted in sage panko crumbs, creamed cabbage, peas, bacon and carrots, creamy mash potato and light jus with a hint of vinegar for the meat lovers.
A Set orange curd served with coriander and fennel seed sablé breton, lavender- infused caramel, chocolate honeycomb and Grand Marnier ice-cream for dessert to celebrate 2021 in style and satisfy your discerning sweet tooth whilst you enjoy your coffee and mince pies assured there is no clearing up to follow a scrumptious meal.
